The second product in our Kopper Kettle line, our vodka is raised from 100% corn. We grow and process all of our own corn right here on the farm! It truly is a grain to glass vodka that you won't find anywhere else. Surprisingly smooth and easy to drink, we take great pride in our first "non-whiskey" liquor.
Our Kopper Kettle Golden Gin is a truly unique experience. Soaked in leftover oak chips from our Virginia Whiskey, and barrel-aged to a perfect golden color, this is unlike any gin you've ever tasted! Smooth, light botanicals make for a clean, warm finish worthy of the best gin connoisseurs.

DARK CHAI SPICE RUM
This rum is a high proof, hand crafted revelation! Our forefathers here in Virginia made rum from sugar they grew on the intercoastal waterway, or bought it from the ships that came from the islands just a bit further south. Either way, we are reestablishing the tradition of pot distilling our sugar mash, sweetening the rum with brown sugar and adding an assortment of spices that can be found in the East Indies. What we westerners would call "Chai Spice" is something that has recently caught on as a popular taste, and we think you'll love our colonial style spiced rum.
APPLE WHISKEY
Our Apple Whiskey is like capturing Fall in a bottle. A crisp, refreshing blend of corn whiskey, real apple juice and aged Virginia Whiskey; all you need is some colored leaves and a bonfire! Our four year old Virginia Whiskey provides a delightful base of aged whiskey, and then we top it off with a sweet and fruity hint of apple. This is a truly unique flavor experience.

The newest addition to our family of whiskey is our Virginia Straight Bourbon Whiskey. Virginia Straight is your assurance that we make this Bourbon from grain to glass right here on our Virginia farm! Aged for at least 2 years in charred oak barrels, this is a rich, full flavored whiskey. Notes of cacao, vanilla, and even caramel with a slight spice on the finish make this a great drink no matter how you enjoy it most!

MALT WHISKEY
American Single Malt is made with 100% malted barley. It is triple distilled in our 3,000 gallon copper pot still, which brings through its unique flavor. Our single malt is produced, distilled, barreled in new American oak barrels and aged for 3 years, then bottled here at Belmont Farm Distillery. We cut the bottle strength to 86 proof with our farm purified mineral water. Single malt is our guarantee that we don’t source our whiskey. Enjoy it neat or in a cocktail!
